Rick Biven grew up in Mexico as a 'MK' (missionary kid) where he owned and operated a language school, teaching locals how to speak English and about US culture. In 1995 he came to the US to open a language school where he teaches English & Spanish. Rick has had the opportunity to meet many people from different backgrounds and teach them about the vibrant Latino culture.
Since becoming a Real Estate Salesperson in January 2005, Rick has made many new friends, assisting them in achieving the 'American Dream' of home ownership. He has been rewarded with smiles on their
children's faces when they walk into their first home and is truly humbled and privileged to
have touched so many lives as a Real Estate Agent and Language Instructor.
Rick is experienced with the new
millennium technology required for success in todays Real Estate market and assists both buyers and sellers in navigating through the complex Real Estate process. He resides on Kent Island with his wife and 2 children, and looks forward to assisting you with buying or selling your next home.

Growing up as a second generation homebuilders daughter in Anne Arundel County, Julia was exposed to construction and real estate from an early age. A lifetime Maryland resident, she began her career in real estate in 2002 with a new home sales & marketing company and worked for both larger builders and small custom builders in the Carroll and Frederick County areas. After a year and a half with ReMax, she returned once again to new home sales, moving to the Eastern shore in 2005 to work for Gemcraft Homes all over the Delmarva peninsula and getting her Delaware license as well.
She most recently managed an Active Adult new home golf course community in Delaware before coming to Home Selling Assistance Plus, where she now specializes as a Buyer’s Agent, especially for new home communities all over the Eastern Shore. Julia will also list your current home to coordinate a smooth transaction between the two and feels the discount programs offered are the answer to many of today’s home sellers.

Julia has consistently been a multi million dollar producer, most recently earning a Gold Regal Award in 2006 from the Homebuilders Association of Delaware for her work at Heritage Shores.
